In 2025, the average Star Rating declined - from 4.07 to 3.92 - for the third consecutive year.

### QBPs Are Also Expected to Decline in 2024

Quality Bonus Payments that plans earn for achieving high Star Ratings also dropped from $12.8 billion in 2023 to around $11.8 billion in 2024.
